About us

 Paddastoel Boer is a family business and was established in 2016 with the purpose to grow and sell Shiitake mushrooms. The grow logs was imported from China and then grown in our facilities. The Covid 19 pandemic derailed this business model and forced us to install our own log making and spawn making facilities. This expansion and training phase was completed towards the end of 2021.We now produce our own grow logs for Shiitake,Grey Oyster,Chestnut and Lions Mane mushrooms
